Optimized Solutions was looking a execute a strategic zoom in its business focus to 4 key areas of digital transformation, cybersecurity, SAP Suite with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA, and cloud managed services solutions.
They were looking to build top of mind brand awareness and an affirmative bias for their brand by aligning their company positioning to reestablish their SAP & Salesforce practice areas as well as reflect their growing business share in areas of Cloud migration, Artificial Intelligence (AI/ML/RPA), cloud application services, web services, and hosting services.
To simplify their existing and disparate brand positioning and make it more focused to build mindshare, we created a message house and business positioning to anchor the brand, created trust building proof points, including blogs, white-papers, and case studies, and built them a shiny new, website to tell their compelling stories to the target audience.
