The Brief:

Optimized Solutions was looking a execute a strategic zoom in its business focus to 4 key areas of digital transformation, cybersecurity, SAP Suite with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA, and cloud managed services solutions.

They were looking to build top of mind brand awareness and an affirmative bias for their brand by aligning their company positioning to reestablish their SAP & Salesforce practice areas as well as reflect their growing business share in areas of Cloud migration, Artificial Intelligence (AI/ML/RPA), cloud application services, web services, and hosting services.

To simplify their existing and disparate brand positioning and make it more focused to build mindshare, we created a message house and business positioning to anchor the brand, created trust building proof points, including blogs, white-papers, and case studies, and built them a shiny new, website to tell their compelling stories to the target audience.

We created a messaging framework to clearly define Optimized Solutions value propositions. We crafted clear value propositions, key differentiators and an updated boilerplate. For each of the value propositions, we provided proof points, and related them to customer challenges.

Next, we rebranded the website to build trust in OS as a as a modern information engineering enterprise that provides trusted and reliable IT solutions.

Clean, modern design shows that they keep up to date with current trends. Subtle UX interactivity makes the experience engaging.


Step 2. Custom Web Design & UX to Support Business Strategy

The brand new, slick website of Optimized Solutions positioned Optimized Solutions as an experienced provider of IT solutions particularly in the area of digital transformation, cybersecurity, cloud migration, SAP S/4, AI & robotic process automation. In addition, the new website provided plenty of proof points to demonstrate benefits to clients, such as clear insight, better control, and improved ROI.
