Los Gatos Doc approached Webtage to resolve problems they had with their existing website, primarily slow speed, inability to customize their website, and website ownership. We realized quickly that their prior website company had not followed standard web development protocol that compromised not just the site performance but did not provide full access to website assets, including theme files that prevented the client from upgrading to newer theme & plugin versions, an absolute must in the world of web development. The client also requested a reputation management solution and we built them a custom review generation application.

Our web strategy & digital marketing team started with first things first. We overhauled the website, freshened up the brand, optimized the user experience, and technical parameters to get it ready for an aggressive SEO campaign. We also built a custom testimonial generation app for the client, added landing pages for lead generation, and built an owned book appointment application (eliminating recurring subscription) with custom texting/emailing functionalities for reducing no-shows.
